Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times within Australia are typically estimated to be between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your order, we will promptly notify you within 2 business days.

Returns:

Our return policy extends for a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

You are entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The goods purchased are defective, with the defect not being caused by you.
  • The goods do not match the description or sample provided by us.
  • The goods do not perform their intended function as stated by us.


Alternatively, if you prefer, we can offer an exchange, credit, or repair for the goods, if feasible.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind or make the wrong choice regarding the purchase.
